South Loch Earn Route

This is the most popular route to Ben Vorlich, starting from Ardvorlich on the south side of Loch Earn. The trail ascends via a well-trodden path through grassy slopes and heather, reaching the summit trig point for panoramic views over Loch Earn and the surrounding peaks.

Stuc a' Chroin Circuit via Ben Vorlich

This challenging circular route combines the ascent of Ben Vorlich with its rugged neighbor, Stuc a' Chroin. Starting from Ardvorlich, you summit Ben Vorlich first before descending a rocky ridge and making the steep climb to Stuc a' Chroin. The return follows a loop back to the starting point.

Glen Ample Approach

This less frequented route starts from the Glen Ample car park, heading north through the glen before climbing steeply up to the col between Ben Vorlich and Stuc a' Chroin. From here, the summit of Ben Vorlich is reached via a clear path.
