The summit features a small cairn made of local stones, providing a perfect spot for a photo op (watch out for the wind if you’re wearing a hat!).
Terrain & Geology
Beinn Ghobhlach is primarily composed of granitic gneiss, characteristic of the Scottish Highlands. The mountain’s rugged terrain and steep slopes are a testament to glacial processes that shaped the landscape during the last Ice Age.

From the summit, one can see the picturesque Loch a' Chroisg, distant peaks of Torridon, and upon a clear day, even the Isle of Skye can be spotted on the horizon.
