As a salt marsh, there is no summit in the traditional sense, but scenic features include various wildlife observation points and expansive views over the marsh and coastal waters.
The area is predominantly composed of alluvial and marshy soils with rich sediments deposited over centuries, creating a unique salt marsh ecosystem. The underlying geology consists of Jurassic clays and sediments.
