About Me
Hello, I'm Lee and I'm looking for some new walking pals, either male /female. I've a number of walking pals that have gradually become unreliable so I thought I'd give this site a try! I'm a Yorkshireman but I enjoy walking in many areas of the UK. I have done a number of multi-day/ long distance hikes over the years including the Coast-to-Coast and Pennine Way but I also enjoy shorter day or half day walks. I tend to camp on weekend or long distance walks. I often take public transport to walks where it is feasible as this allows linear walks but also a visit to the pub at the end (hopefully!) Looking For
Male or female walking buddies to go out and explore trails in the UK. Either half a day, full day or weekend or multi-day hikes. I have some spare time on weekdays and some weekends with a bit of planning. If you like backpacking camping then even better, but I've been known to stay in B&B's too! I enjoy day walks of any distance equally. It's just great to get out there, whatever the weather. I dislike walking in larger groups generally. I've both led walks and also been part of groups like this and it is not really conducive to making new pals. Please do say hi and let's get walking!
