This route offers stunning views of the Arrochar Alps and Loch Long.

Inveruglas via Loch Sloy Dam

Hard

Starting from the Inveruglas Visitor Centre (NN322098), this route follows the hydro road towards Loch Sloy Dam before a steep climb up the southern slopes of Beinn Ime. The ascent is challenging but rewards walkers with breathtaking views of Loch Lomond and the surrounding peaks.

Beinn Ime and Beinn Narnain Circuit

Hard

This route combines Beinn Ime with its neighbouring Munro, Beinn Narnain. Starting from Succoth (NN295048), walkers ascend Beinn Narnain first, descend to Bealach a' Mhàim, and then climb Beinn Ime. The return is via the same path back to Succoth. A challenging but rewarding day in the Arrochar Alps.

This shorter and more direct route to Beinn Ime starts from the Succoth car park (NN295048) and heads straight for Bealach a' Mhàim before ascending the western slopes of Beinn Ime. This is a good option for those looking for a more focused climb.
