From here, the path ascends steeply to the ridge, offering stunning views of the surrounding Assynt wilderness before reaching the summit of Ben More Assynt. Return via the same route.
Ben More Assynt and Conival Circuit
ChallengingThis classic circular route combines Ben More Assynt with its neighbouring Munro, Conival. Starting at Inchnadamph, the path ascends steeply to Conival before following the ridge to Ben More Assynt. This ridge walk is spectacular but requires care in poor visibility. Descend by retracing your steps to Conival before returning to Inchnadamph.
Ben More Assynt from Glen Oykel
