Dow Crag via Old Man of Coniston

High Ridge Traverse: Dow Crag to Swirl How
ChallengingThis adventurous ridge walk begins at the Walna Scar Road car park. Ascend to Dow Crag via Brown Pike and Buck Pike. From Dow Crag, traverse the ridge over Goat's Hawse to the Old Man of Coniston, then continue northward to Swirl How. Descend via Levers Water and return to the car park.
